Now that I’ve lived in Disney World for so long, I don’t know as much about Disneyland as I thought I did. There are so many ways to be efficient at the parks and be able to see and do as much as possible in one day. I’ve learned most of these tricks at Disney World, but Disneyland might feel very new to me when I go back.

I finally booked my flight so it’s official! I’m going to Disneyland! I’ll only be in the parks for two days, but I leave in two weeks and I have a lot to learn before I go west. Disney World in Orlando has become my home park, but I am so excited to go back to Disneyland in California where it all started.

First of all, my goal is to do everything in Disneyland that isn’t available on the East Coast. Some of the things on my must do list are:

  1. Indiana Jones Adventure

  2. Finding Nemo Submarine Voyage

  3. Incredicoaster

  4. Guardians of the Galaxy: Mission BREAKOUT

  5. Silly Symphony Swings

  6. Snow White’s Scary Adventures

I also definitely want to watch the fireworks in Disneyland and see Fantasmic. The Fantasmic show in Disneyland is currently being refurbished, but I will be there just days after the reopening and I can’t wait to find out how the show in Disneyland differs from the Fantasmic show I love so much in Disney World.

I’ll definitely be utilizing the Max Pass in Disneyland. Not only does this allow me to book fast passes on my phone, it also includes all of the Photopass photos during my trip. I was nervous about the fast pass system since Disneyland doesn’t use Magic Bands, but the Max Pass will take away the stress of having to run across the park to get a paper fast pass for each ride.

I am excited to ride both Gaurdians and the Incredicoaster because these are each rides that have been redone in the time since I have been in Anaheim and they are also two of my favorite attractions.

My sister Lauren and my friend Jordyn are joining me this time. The three of us are flying in from separate states all for the love of Disney. My friend Alli May even join us for a day. I’m looking forward to all of us coming together for a fun weekend at the happiest place on Earth!
